RRD in Minnesota is hiring for a 12-hour day-shift role (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) with rotating schedule. You will support press and packaging operations, moving stock, and assisting with make-ready tasks in a fast-paced print production environment.

The role emphasizes physical warehousing tasks, accuracy in counting and labeling materials, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Stock, move, unload, count and rotate items on/off printing press equipment.
• May require knowledge of automatic counters and tabulate counts for jobs.
• Complete forms related to stock description, quantity, and labeling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock, move, and rotate items on printing press equipment.
• Review signatures for smearing or register issues and notify the Pressroom.
• Remove folded signatures from web press and place on pallet or skid for removal.
• Assist with make-ready tasks such as retrieving plates and hanging plates.
• May perform in-process quality checks of printed materials for blemishes or defects.
