Job summary

RRD seeks a Warehouse Associate in Durham, NC to support printing and packaging operations. You will feed, stack, and move materials, and help load and unload shipments while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools, using pallet jacks and shrink-wrap equipment, recording quantities, and ensuring accurate labeling. This role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule and maintain steady performance.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of general warehouse layout and stock procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per instructions.
• Familiar with shrink-wrap equipment and labeling requirements.
• Experience with stock description forms and incoming/outgoing materials labeling.
• Ability to use hand tools and simple equipment in material handling.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule).

Responsibilities

• Feed, load, and move printed sheets and related materials between equipment.
• Load/unload materials onto pallets and racks by hand.
• Assist in securing materials for transport with strapping and padding.
• Move materials using hand trucks, electric dollies, or similar devices.
• Record counts and weights on production sheets.
