Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to perform distribution center material handling duties, supporting inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will process and move merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, selecting, packing, staging, shipping, operating RF scanners and WMS, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Ability to accurately match item numbers, quantities, and shipping docs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Operate RF scanners and handheld devices; use WMS as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Follow hazardous material handling procedures as per policy.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
