Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts' distribution center is seeking a warehouse associate to perform material handling duties supporting inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations, with emphasis on inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety.

You will operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems, pack and stage merchandise, and ensure items are properly stored and prepared for shipment. The role emphasizes following safety procedures and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetic information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse management systems (WMS) as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, and reserve storage areas.
