An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual to manage the movement of materials in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring a clean and safe workspace, and meeting productivity metrics. Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM, with a one-hour lunch, and potential for overtime.
Onsite only in Newark.
Final rate to be determined at offer/acceptance.
One-year contract with potential for conversion to FTE within twelve months, based on business need, budget approval, and performance.
Phone call and/or onsite interview with floor area supervisors.
Perform activities related to the timely and efficient movement of materials (receipt, handling, storage, shipment) in a fast-paced production environment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, meet productivity metrics, and adhere to all company and departmental policies. Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks under limited supervision. Work on routine assignments requiring limited judgment, with minimal decision-making roles.

High School diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree is a plus.
