Job summary

Adecco is proud to partner with Tennant Company to hire an experienced Material Handler in Holland, MI. You will help ensure smooth material flow, organize and transport parts, and support production lines.

You will operate powered industrial trucks, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with a team to keep the warehouse organized. Weekly pay at $19.50–$20.80 per hour, benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), plus referral bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of material handling experience.
• Forklift operation knowledge and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with SAP, RF devices, or WMS preferred.

About the Role:

As a Material Handler with Adecco, you will play a vital role in supporting production operations by organizing, transporting, and delivering materials throughout the facility. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will ensure the right parts and quantities reach the production lines, maintain precise inventory levels, and operate powered industrial equipment to support ongoing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant material handling experience
  • Proficient in operating powered industrial trucks (forklifts, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and material delivery
  • Experience with SAP, RF devices, or Warehouse Management Systems is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
