Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Material Handler in Indiana to support daily production by pulling, scanning and moving OP material across production pools. You will work with material coordinators to address shortages, perform BOM changes and ensure items are staged for the line.

The role is outdoor and requires adherence to safety and 5S principles. The position emphasizes forklift operation, accurate picking, and timely delivery of parts while maintaining inventory integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
• LCI Forklift License is required.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Picks and scans all material to fulfill a day’s production.
• Delivers completed parts to staging or plant areas.
• Reports inventory issues to leadership.
• Operates a forklift safely and follows 5S standards.
• Performs other warehouse duties to support production.
