Job summary

Lippert is seeking a team-oriented material handler to move raw and finished materials through the production process in a fast-paced environment in the United States. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and collaboration with production teams.

Responsibilities include inventory maintenance, paperwork coordination, and moving components across multiple production stages, with physical duties and lift equipment operation involved.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to read and process work orders, receipts, and measurements.
• Able to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Ability to operate lift trucks or tractors as needed.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and policies.
• Maintain raw material inventory and unload deliveries.
• Process paperwork at material receipt.
• Move raw materials through production areas.
• Move chassis through production and to holding/coating/drying areas.
• Maintain exterior yard (plowing, grading).
• Rotate positions within the production team as needed.
• Assist with repair work when required.
