Job summary

Lippert in Chicago, IL seeks a warehouse associate responsible for material picks for inter-company transfers, service orders, and POs. You will label and pack parts, follow safety policies, and perform inventory tasks to support 5S and perpetual inventory accuracy.

Key duties include loading/unloading orders, obtaining signatures, and maintaining part locations. A forklift license is required, and you may be asked to operate MS software and a handheld scanner as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• LCI forklift license required (offered once hired).

Responsibilities

• Picks material for transfers, POs and service orders released by the Coordinator.
• Complies with safety policies and keeps the work area clean.
• Assigns LPs to picked parts and attaches to shipping paperwork.
• Loads/unloads transfer orders and POs; places service order material in the Service Rack.
• Obtains signatures for transfers/POs and scans POs for closure.
• Completes inventory transactions to receive and issue inventory.
• Identifies and locates all parts per procedures.
• Completes equipment maintenance checklist.
