Job summary

Lippert in Goshen, IN is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support daily production by pulling OP materials, staging boxes, and fulfilling shortages to keep the line running smoothly.

You will work outdoors/in all weather, operate a forklift, and collaborate with material coordinators to maintain accurate perpetual inventory while following 5S and safety policies. Responsibilities include scanning parts, delivering boxes, and assisting with BOM changes and audits.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED; forklift license preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge for inventory and orders.
• LCI forklift license required or offered after hire.

Responsibilities

• Picks and scans material to fulfill a day’s production.
• Delivers completed part boxes to staging areas or plants.
• Reports inventory issues and assists with BOM changes and shortages.
