Job summary

Lippert is seeking a warehouse associate in Goshen, Indiana to support material handling, order picking and shipping logistics. You will pick materials for transfers and orders, label items, and ensure proper documentation for shipping. The role requires basic computer skills, forklift operation, and adherence to safety policies.

The position is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for forklift training and career growth within Lippert's logistics team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and notes.
• LCI forklift license or certification to operate forklift (to be offered after hire).

Responsibilities

• Picks material for transfers, PO’s and service orders as released by the Coordinator.
• Labels parts with LPs and attaches to shipping paperwork.
• Loads/unloads transfer orders and PO’s; places service order material in rack for pickup.
• Completes inventory transactions and verifies proper part location.
• Adheres to safety policies and quality standards.
