Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center associate to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations within the center. You will process and move merchandise while upholding inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, sorting, packing, staging, and shipping merchandise, and operating RF scanners and WMS to ensure accurate documentation and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, and racks.
• Load and unload trailers and route trucks while securing merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
