Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts distribution center in Minnesota is seeking a warehouse associate to perform material handling, inbound/outbound processing, and returns processing. You will use RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

The role emphasizes following procedures, operating warehouse tech, and maintaining organized, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, and reserve areas.
• Load/unload trailers and route trucks while ensuring merchandise is protected from damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
• Follow hazardous material handling and disposal procedures per safety standards.
