Responsibilities include maintaining donor tallies, ensuring safety, and supporting forklift duties if certified. Must be at least 18 and capable of lifting up to 40 pounds in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Able to lift up to 30-40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to communicate effectively, including with non-native English speakers.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from containers and move goods to production areas.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins for processing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate cardboard compactors and assist with forklift duties if certified.
