Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support a busy manufacturing facility in Rochester, NY. This is a long-term temp-to-hire position with a B shift schedule (12:00 PM–8:30 PM) and a mandatory 2-week training on A shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM).

Responsibilities include receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, ERP data entry, forklift operation, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. Pay ranges from $18 to $18.50 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous material handling, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience.
• Cycle counting/inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification can be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety-toe shoes required.
• Reliable transportation required – no public bus access.
• Flexible to work overtime and schedule changes as needed.
• B-Shift hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Schedule:

• Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM*

Training: Must be available for 2 weeks on A Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
