Job summary

Kelly is seeking dependable, detail‑oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as Material Handlers. You will move materials, load pallets, and assist with shipping preparations to ensure on‑time delivery.

Shifts include Evening and Day, with a pay rate of $17.90 per hour. You will use RF scanners, perform inventories, and maintain a clean, safe work area as you support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic experience using RF scanning devices preferred.
• Ability to follow safety, housekeeping, and sanitation procedures.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and finished products manually or with hand trucks.
• Load pallets and hand trucks with finished products.
• Pick, pack, check, sort, consolidate, wrap, and load orders.
• Use RF scanners to maintain inventory records.
• Complete shipment documentation and verify freight accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.

Pay Rate

$17.90 per hour (for both shifts)

Schedules Available

• Evening Shift: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday | 5:00 p.m.-1:30 a.m.
• Day Shift: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday | 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Move materials, supplies, and finished products manually or with a hand truck.
• Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks.
• Stack skids and pallets in designated storage and staging areas.
• Safely and accurately load and unload freight.
• Pick, pack, check, sort, consolidate, wrap, and load customer orders.
• Apply labels according to company and customer requirements.
• Complete shipment confirmations and related documentation.
• Verify freight accuracy and inspect products for damage or infestation.
• Use RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation tasks, including sweeping floors, cleaning office areas, and disposing of trash properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to work in varying noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperatures.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 10-50 pounds without restriction.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, climb, crouch, stretch, and reach at or above shoulder level.
