Job summary

Superior Industrial Solutions Inc. in Old Hickory, TN is hiring a 3rd Shift Material Handler to receive, unload, label, and stock materials. You will pull orders, prepare shipments for next-day delivery, and support production by staging materials and testing equipment.

This full-time role requires safety focus, forklift certification (training provided), and strong communication skills. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, label, and stock incoming materials.
• Pull orders and prepare shipments for next-day deliveries.
• Support production by preparing totes, testing equipment, and staging materials.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Complete maintenance work orders and required documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including operating cleaning equipment.
• Complete required safety checks, inspections, and compliance tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Report equipment problems, inventory issues, and safety concerns to leadership.
• Work with the team to meet daily production, shipping, and warehouse goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Material Handler at our Old Hickory, TN location.

Schedule

• Full-time, 3 rd Shift
• Sunday - Thursday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. with additional hours as needed
• Pay: Base hourly rate + $2.00 per hour for all hours worked on 3rd shift

What You’ll Do

• Pull orders and prepare shipments for next-day deliveries.
• Support production by preparing totes, testing equipment, and staging materials.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Complete assigned maintenance work orders and required documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including operating cleaning equipment.
• Complete required safety checks, inspections, and compliance tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Report equipment problems, inventory issues, and safety concerns to leadership.
• Work with the team to meet daily production, shipping, and warehouse goals.
