Job summary

Superior Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Material Handler at our Old Hickory, TN location. This full-time role supports warehouse operations, handling materials and shipments while contributing to production readiness.

You will receive, unload, label, and stock materials, pull orders, and help maintain inventory accuracy. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures, with training and a benefits package including ESOP and health options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Forklift certification (training is provided).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to work with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, label, and stock incoming materials and warehouse transfers.
• Pull orders and prepare shipments for next-day deliveries.
• Support production by preparing totes, testing equipment, and staging materials.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Complete assigned maintenance work orders and required documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including operating cleaning equipment.
• Complete required safety checks, inspections, and compliance tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Report equipment problems, inventory issues, and safety concerns to leadership.
• Work with the team to meet daily production, shipping, and warehouse goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Material Handler at our Old Hickory, TN location.

Schedule

• Full-time, 3rd Shift
• Sunday - Thursday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. with additional hours as needed
• Pay: Base hourly rate + $2.00 per hour for all hours worked on 3rd shift

What You’ll Do
