Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a Material Handler to support the production flow at our Cleveland, Tennessee facility. You will move materials, load/unload trucks, and maintain accurate warehouse records to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires forklift proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and reliable attendance are required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a material handler or in a related role preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Transport and supply raw materials and finished goods as directed by move tickets and/or verbal instruction.
• Receive and ship items and products, including loading and unloading trucks via lift truck and pallet jack.
• Prepare move tickets and store raw materials and supplies in predetermined warehouse locations.
• Supply production with raw materials as required and return goods to the warehouse as needed.
• Qualify as authorized lift truck driver.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Follow plant procedures and task lists.
• Work assigned shifts, including overtime and after-hour meetings as needed.
• May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Material Handler

We are hiring for a Material Handler to join our team. As a material handler, you will be responsible for the production process by ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport and supply raw materials and finished goods as directed by move tickets and/or verbal instruction.
