Steel Craft Corp. is seeking a Material Handler to move and organize materials, ensure timely delivery to production areas, and maintain accurate inventory records in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires operating forklifts and pallet jacks, storing materials safely, and coordinating with production teams to avoid delays. Candidates should have 1+ year in warehousing or manufacturing and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Strong understanding of material handling practices in manufacturing.
• Ability to safely handle and store metal materials, chemicals, and coatings.
• Basic math and measurement skills to assist with material preparation and stock counts.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for hazardous materials.
• Ability to operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Transport and move raw materials to designated production areas.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and handling equipment.
• Safely store materials with proper labeling and organization.
• Maintain accurate material records and assist with stock counts.
• Deliver materials to production lines per schedules; prep materials as needed.
• Inspect materials for quality and compliance before use.
