Kelly Services in Sparta, TN is seeking a Material Handler to support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll operate equipment, move materials with forklifts, and help maintain safety and quality on the plant floor.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible 12-hour rotating shifts, and the ability to pass an online assessment within 24 hours of invitation. Prior forklift experience and teamwork are essential, with lots of on-the-job training and advancement

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Shift: 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am

ROTATING SHIFTS: Worker will be working Sun., Wed., Thur. (36 hours – 12 hour shifts) one week. Rotate to Mon., Tue., Fri., Sat. (48 hours) the next week. 40 hours regular with 8 hours overtime. 12 hour shifts working from 6:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00.

What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Operating production equipment efficiently and safely with minimal supervision
• Completing hands‑on and written training in forklift operation, conveyor systems, blend making, cleaning pelletizers, and more
• Supporting production goals, maintaining accurate paperwork, and participating in team projects
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following all safety and operational procedures
• Standing for sustained periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating forklifts and tow motors as needed
