Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a qualified Material Handler in Newark, CA. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, stocking materials, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualified candidates will have warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and basic data entry skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; forklift certification is a plus. This is an on-site position with a variable schedule starting early morning.

Material Handler

Location: Newark, CA

Pay: $21-$24/hr DOE

Schedule: Variable schedule, starting at 6:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, moving and stocking materials, preparing shipments, operating pallet jacks, maintaining inventory, and following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently


• Move, stock, and organize materials throughout the warehouse


• Prepare and stage shipments for delivery


• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures


• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, construction, general labor, or other physically demanding work


• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured


• High School Diploma or GED


• Basic computer, data entry, and math skills


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly


• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness


• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred


• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift and equipment certifications

Candidates with experience in construction, labor, loading/unloading, landscaping, moving, or heavy industrial environments are encouraged to apply. Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
