Kelly Services is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support a medical device manufacturing environment in Morgan Hill, CA. This position unloads materials, organizes inventory, and performs accurate cycle counts in a cleanroom setting.
Candidates must follow cleanroom procedures, lift and move palletized materials, and maintain precise material records while complying with safety policies. Experience with high-volume warehousing is preferred.
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to support a medical device manufacturing company. This position is responsible for unloading materials, handling inventory, and performing accurate cycle counts in a cleanroom environment.
Unload and organize more than 40 pallets of materials.
Handle approximately 25 packages per pallet.
Perform inventory cycle counts accurately.
Count and verify quantities, including counts up to 50.
Maintain organized and accurate material records.
Follow all cleanroom procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
To maintain a controlled and sanitary work environment, employees must:
Wear a hairnet and required cleanroom apparel.
Wear clean clothing and maintain clean hair.
Keep nails clean and short.
Not wear jewelry, makeup, or perfume in the cleanroom.
Follow all hygiene and contamination-control procedures.
Previous material handling, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
Ability to accurately count and verify inventory.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift, move, and organize packages and palletized materials.
Dependable attendance and willingness to follow strict cleanroom procedures.
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
