You will apply logistics, supply chain and process engineering expertise to improve flow, layout and throughput. The role requires 3–5 years in industrial or manufacturing engineering, a Bachelor’s in a related field, proficiency with Autodesk Inventor or Creo, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with modeling software such as Autodesk Inventor, Creo, or similar.
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of lean principles and processes.
• Experience leading complex projects requiring cross functional alignment.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience operating in an environment with varied production volumes.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize material flow for production and warehousing operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Design layouts for material handling systems and workstations.
• Develop packaging, storage and deployment solutions to optimize space and efficiency.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Use data analytics tools to assess material flow performance and report findings.
• Lead and participate in projects related to material flow improvements, including budgeting and timelines.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
