Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Material Flow Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize material handling systems across production. You will evaluate logistics, production layouts, and warehousing to improve flow and reduce waste.

This role requires a Bachelor's in IE or related, 3–5 years of experience, and hands-on use of Inventor or Creo. You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IE or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor or Creo.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize material flow in production and warehousing.
• Conduct flow analysis to identify bottlenecks.
• Create layouts for material handling systems.
• Develop packaging, storage, and deployment solutions.
• Analyze processes and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage timelines/budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers for equipment and technology.
