FTI in Indiana is seeking a Material Flow Specialist to optimize material handling, inventory control, and logistics within our manufacturing operations. You will analyze flow processes, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement to improve throughput.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related experience, with ERP/WMS experience and lean improvement mindset. Travel up to 25% to support launches and ongoing operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in material flow, logistics, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Material Flow Analysis & Optimization: Assess current material handling processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to align with production schedules and minimize stockouts or overstock.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, engineering, and procurement to plan material requirements for launches and optimize layouts.
• Process Improvement & Continuous Development: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and stay informed about industry trends.
