Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience in Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with modeling software such as Autodesk Inventor or Creo.
• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of lean principles and processes.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience operating in environments with a range of production volumes.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize material flow in production and warehousing operations.
• Conduct flow analyses to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design layouts for material handling systems, conveyance, storage, and workstations.
• Develop tailored packaging, storage, and deployment solutions to optimize space.
• Analyze current processes and implement improvements to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Use data analytics tools to assess material flow performance and prepare reports.
• Lead projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with suppliers for equipment and technology.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; perform risk assessments.
• Provide training on new material handling processes and stay updated on industry trends.
