Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Material Flow Specialist to optimize material handling, improve inventory accuracy, and support production schedules in our Kansas manufacturing environment.

This role collaborates with engineering, procurement, and production teams to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in a related field, 2–4 years in material flow or logistics, and hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM/IE/Logistics or related field.
• 2–4 years in material flow, logistics, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Material Flow Analysis & Optimization: assess and improve material handling for efficiency and throughput.
• Inventory Management: monitor levels to align with production schedules and minimize stockouts/overages.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: coordinate with product development, procurement, engineering, and operations.
• Process Improvement: lead initiatives and stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices.
• Perform other related duties as required.
