Job summary

Yulista Contract Services LLC is seeking a Material Coordinator to coordinate and expedite the flow of material, parts, and assemblies according to production schedules. You will verify requirements with supervisors, arrange in-plant transfers, and monitor inventory accuracy using both manual and electronic systems.

Responsibilities include data entry, cycle counts, and maintaining ITAR/FAR/DFAR compliance while preparing routine reports. Experience with CostPoint/Deltek and TCMax is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with related work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with safety.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies according to production schedules.
• Review schedules with supervisors to determine material requirements and delivery sequences.
• Enter data accurately into databases and generate routine reports.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and oversee material transfers and releases.
• Maintain records and ensure ITAR/FAR/DFAR compliance and security clearance readiness.
