Job summary

Calista Corporation is seeking a Material Coordinator to oversee the flow of materials and assemblies, ensuring timely delivery per production schedules. You will verify material types, coordinate transfers, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role requires data entry accuracy, familiarity with CostPoint and related systems, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment with lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
Ability to deal with physical demands of a warehouse environment; lift up to 50 pounds with safety.
Must pass drug and background screening and be able to obtain government security clearance.
Experience with ITAR, FAR, and DFAR regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate material flow, verify materials against schedules, and arrange in-plant transfers.
Enter data into databases and generate reports on hand quantity and location.
Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts and ensure accuracy of material records.
Support compliance with government property processes and cost systems.
