MillenniumSoft Inc in San Jose, CA seeks a Material Coordinator / Material Handler on a 12-month contract to manage the flow of parts and materials on the production floor.

You will maintain Kanban stock, perform audits, and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to prevent shortages. This role requires 2 years manufacturing experience and the ability to follow ISO/Safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably medical device manufacturing).
• Follow QSR, ISO, safety and environmental regulations.
• Able to read and write English; good documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials per production schedule.
• Maintain kanban materials and perform Kanban audits.
• Transfer materials between production lines and warehouse.
• Track shortages using computer system and complete required transactions.
• Notify leaders of shortages and keep Master Schedule updated.
• Support Lean activities and ensure smooth flow of materials.
