Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Expeditor to provide administrative and data entry support to the procurement team, ensuring timely receipt and accuracy of materials in SAP, and coordinating with suppliers, buyers, and warehouse teams. You will expedite critical materials, maintain data integrity, and assist with ASN creation, commit dates, and open order reporting while complying with security policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Windows-based software.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Read and understand visual aids.

Responsibilities

• Secure correct workflow receiving of materials in multiple site locations.
• Expedite receipts for critical materials with timely SAP entry via Hot Sheet process.
• Provide ASN creation support for materials not loaded by suppliers.
• Ensure ASN data integrity updates based on supplier uploads.
• Maintain accurate system transactions and material movements for expedited materials.
• Provide weekly open order reports to ensure accuracy.
