Qualifications

• Three years shipping related experience required.
• Experience with SAP and shipping documentation is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math for metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and warehouse activities to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate daily shipping with work cells and carriers.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Post Goods Issue research and resolution.
• Provide accurate inventory reporting (e.g., Kronos).
• Identify cost-saving process improvements and waste reduction.
• Ensure safety policies and security procedures are followed.
• Coach and develop team members and track performance.
