Job summary

This role supports RTS/stockroom activities, receiving, shipping, and cycle counts while maintaining ISO-compliant procedures.

The incumbent will perform multiple tasks, including reconciliation of variances, kit pulls, and liaison duties to resolve inventory shortages.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills including knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence; basic math for inventory.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and adapt to standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stockroom/RTS: put material away using RF scanners in SAP and verify transactions.
• Pull kits and split as needed using base kit pull procedures.
• Scan kits to drive and pull shortages to ensure completeness; count material.
• Maintain organized stockroom and Kan Ban replenishment; support cycle counts.
• Receiving: validate carton counts vs. bill of lading and complete receipt to dock.
• Receiving Inspection: verify packing slips and inventory quantities before inspection.
• Shipping: follow ISO procedures for domestic and international shipments; coordinate carriers.
• Cross-functional liaison between Production Control, Production Management and production line for inventory issues.
