Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or lead/training experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling and transfer equipment.
• Basic to advanced computer skills including SAP and warehouse software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, collect information, and support operational decisions.
• Attention to detail with inventory and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold a safe work environment per policy.
• Coordinate material transfers based on Warehouse Supervisor priorities.
• Lead and support Warehouse Clerks daily; assist in supervisor absence.
• Resolve operational issues like shipping delays and inventory discrepancies.
• Provide on-the-job training for warehouse processes and SAP.
• Ensure timely movement, sorting, and shipping of materials.
• Offer coaching and feedback to improve employee performance.
• Maintain SAP data integrity and documentation.
• Support leadership with escalations and staffing updates.
