Job summary

Illumina in the United States is seeking a Material Coordinator 3 to manage receiving, storage and shipment of materials in a fast-paced environment. You will use RF scanners, generate shipping labels, and ensure quality through 6S and proper documentation.

The role requires experience in a life sciences setting, GMP/ISO familiarity, and 3–5+ years in materials or logistics. Strong communication, multitasking ability and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences manufacturing with temperature-sensitive products.
• Familiar with GMPs and ISO-regulated environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and standard Office tools.
• Strong leadership and 3–5+ years of materials or logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials using RF scanners in ambient, refrigerated and frozen storage.
• Pack materials per procedure with packing supplies, boxes, coolers and dry ice.
• Generate shipping labels via ERP and carrier software.
• Perform area line clearance and document according to Good Documentation Practice.
• Maintain organized work areas using 6S methodology.
• Assist in receipts, labeling, stocking, transfers and cycle counting.
• Generate reports and support special projects as needed.
• Understand Illumina technologies and collaborate with all departments.
