Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a life sciences manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiar with GMPs and ISO-regulated environments.
• 2–5 years of materials or logistics experience.
• Proficient with ERP systems, spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Transfer finished goods inventory from manufacturing and Receiving to warehouse locations for order fulfillment.
• Monitor and segregate finished goods inventory on hold daily.
• Generate reports for offsite storage transfers and ERP processes.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
• Investigate discrepancies prompted by customer service or SFDC reports.
• Support picking, packing and shipping of material for order fulfillment using scanners or manual methods.
