The position offers a direct-hire, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift driving and operating vehicles related to material handling.
• Strong math, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for 8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Safely transfer raw materials to warehouse or silos.
• Create material blends using optimizer software.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and vehicles following safety procedures.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Ensure materials are stored and handled per SOPs.
