Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Material Handler for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. You will conduct material transactions and support production in a fast-paced environment with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include using Epicor ERP to move parts, following SOPs, pulling and transferring items, learning forklift operation, reading travelers and sales orders, and performing cycle counts. You must lift up to 50 lbs and pass a pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect purchased parts.
• Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and set priorities.
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English.
• Willingness to participate in a pre‑employment physical and drug test.
