Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage safe handling and transfer of raw materials, blend materials with optimizer software, and support loading/unloading processes.

You will perform regular inventory counts, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to maintenance programs while following ADS core values. The role is full-time in Minnesota with typical 7am-3:30pm shifts, requiring flexibility for overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of safe material handling and frequent manual lifting.
• Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Attention to safety, PPE compliance, and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials to warehouse or silos and perform inventory counts.
• Utilize optimizer software to blend materials and ensure quality.
• Assist with loading/unloading and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to SOPs and ADS values.
