Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Material Coordinator to safely handle and transfer raw materials, blend materials via optimizer software, and support loading, unloading, and inventory control at our Ennis, Texas facility.

This role requires PPE compliance, the ability to lift heavy items, and occasional weekend work. You will maintain accurate inventory, perform quality inspections, and participate in preventive maintenance and training programs while upholding ADS core values and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• “PPE compliance and safe working record required.”
• Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8 hours.
• Forklift operation and preventive maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transfer raw materials to warehouse or silos.
• Use optimizer software to blend materials.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and truck loading as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with regular counts and reconciliations.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and adhere to raw material SOPs.
• Follow ADS core values and participate in company training.
