Job summary

HM Electronics in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Stockroom Clerk III in our Materials Support area. You will handle inventory transactions, record data in the ERP, perform cycle counts, replenish stock and ensure accurate material movements.

This second shift role runs 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM on-site. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, holidays, medical, vision, dental, life insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Windows, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced math and analytical skills using Excel.
• Good time management and organization.
• Experience in order fulfillment and cycle counting.
• RF device experience and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform stockroom duties per policies and procedures.
• Replenish stock and organize ERP locations.
• Process material movements through RF device.
• Support inventory, receiving, and area maintenance.
• Contribute to Lean initiatives and safety policies.
