HM Electronics Inc in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Stockroom Clerk III for a second shift (2:30–11:00 pm) to manage materials, inventory and warehousing tasks, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate ERP data and material movements using RF technology. The role supports manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality and engineering teams.

Requires strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and forklift certification, with 3 years of related experience and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills with productivity software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel for data handling and analysis.
• Good time management and organization.
• Experience with order fulfillment processes.
• Experience performing cycle counts.
• RF device experience for material movements.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Stockroom duties including replenishment and put-away.
• Maintain ERP locations and update inventory records.
• Process material movements via RF device.
• Respond to material requests and status updates.
• Pick sales orders and perform ERP transactions.
• Assist with intercompany transfers and receiving tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and participate in Lean initiatives.
