Job summary

Elbit America, Inc. is seeking a Material Analyst to develop material estimates and budgets supporting business development and sole-source production efforts.

You will lead material-related customer fact-finding and negotiation activities and audit interorganizational proposals within the material estimating function. You will prepare costed BOMs, issue RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals for compliance with RFQ requirements, and coordinate with Pricing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and the Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three or more years of functional experience may substitute.
• Functional experience: Entry level.
• Industry experience: One to three years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals in accordance with customer RFP requirements and FAR/DFARS.
• Ensure material estimates are submitted in line with RFP due dates.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and the Program Office to ensure all costs are covered.
