Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Principal/Sr Principal Material Estimating Pricing Analyst to lead proposal pricing efforts. The role covers pricing strategy, BOM and CER development, and FAR/DFAR compliance. Travel 25–50% to support proposals and audits.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree with several years of pricing/estimating experience and an ability to obtain DoD clearance; citizenship is required for government work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in Pricing/Estimating or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Alternative: 9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. Citizenship required for DoD work.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material estimates for proposal submittals per RFPs and requirements.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to develop estimating strategy and pricing models.
• Support risk assessment, CERs, and Bill of Materials pricing templates.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and government audits.
