Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field and minimum of 4 years of experience in material estimating, procurement, or supply chain analysis.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Review BOMs to develop accurate material cost estimates.
• Obtain and update supplier quotations and RFP responses.
• Use advanced Excel features to consolidate, analyze, and report cost data.
• Collaborate with Proposal, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to validate pricing and sourcing assumptions.
• Maintain data integrity across cost models, proposals, and estimating tools.
• Plan and execute procurement activities to meet program specifications and price objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships to align with procurement objectives.
• Support cost analysis and pricing strategy improvements.
• Coordinate with proposals team to integrate supplier quotes into formal cost proposals.
