WestCare Nevada Inc. is seeking licensed and/or intern-level counselors to support the MAT Mobile program in Las Vegas.

The role focuses on delivering individual, group, and family counseling, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for clinical records. Under supervision, counselors will conduct assessments, create treatment/service plans, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and provide crisis intervention as needed to ensure client safety and continuity of care.

Qualificações

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in social work, psychology, childhood education, education counseling and/or similar course of study recognized by the State of Nevada - Board of Examiners.
• Must maintain 40 CEU’s every 2 years, attend College earning 3 credits, minimum, every 6 months.
• Must pass first level and NABS background clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct counseling services to clients (individual, group, and family).
• Complete documentation required in the clinical record and WestCare Client Data System.
• Attend interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation to ensure safety.
• Assess client needs and develop Individual Treatment/Service Plans.
• Refer clients for ancillary services as appropriate.
