Job summary

WestCare Foundation in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to assist with individual, group and family counseling under supervision, and to document the clinical records including ISP, daily notes, and weekly reviews.

You will participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams, support crisis intervention, and implement the approved curriculum to guide group and individual sessions and ensure client safety and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preference for Associate or Bachelor in social or behavioral services.
• Ability to maintain ethical standards and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family counseling under supervision.
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation to ensure safety.
• Complete documentation for clinical records and ISP/notes.
