Qualifications

• Current, active clinical license required.
• QMHP level certification as a counselor from an accredited organization.
• Experience in providing counseling and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling services.
• Complete documentation for clinical records and Individual Service Plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
