Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers in Mobile, AL seeks an experienced Behavioral Health Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient MAT clinic. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliant operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Medical Director and Regional Director to meet clinical and operational goals, manage staffing and budgets, and drive quality improvement and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Licensed Alabama Counselor required (LISW, LPC, LMFT, or ALC).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, counseling, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and drive exceptional patient care.
• Supervise, coach, recruit, and develop multidisciplinary staff.
• Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Director to achieve clinical and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, and state and federal regulations.
• Manage staffing, budgets, quality improvement, accreditation, and community partnerships.
